Lakewood Manor is a 50 suite cooperative housing complex for senior residents, located in the northwest part of Regina. The one and two bedroom suites are well designed, spacious and comfortable. Although Lakewood Manor celebrated its twentieth anniversary in May 2008 it is still a well maintained building with the help of its valued residents whom have taken great pride in maintaining and upgrading this facility over the years.

The co-operative housing concept is a great way of life for seniors living in a housing community that allows both privacy and togetherness. You have the privacy in your suite just like any other apartment building but when you want to visit, your neighbor is nearby. Also we can join in on coffee times or frequent catered meals together. There are always organized card games, shuffleboard, carpet or lawn bowling, depending on the season and other games that give us opportunities for fellowship and recreation. These activities are available to all members.
